A shared to-do list for two

Turn Stuck Into Momentum. Stuck → Motion → Momentum. Two minutes, then you'll know where everything lives.

What's stuck?

Capture it without organizing it. Toss it in the Junk Drawer and keep moving.

Put it in motion.

Prioritize it, choose who owns it, prep it, or delegate it to your Super Hero.

Build momentum.

Work the plan, keep going, and see what moved. Repeated motion creates momentum.

1. Capture everything

Type anything into Quick Capture at the top of Home and tap "Toss it in" — no thinking required. Add priority, timing and who does it later, or right away with "Add with priority, timing & who does it".

2. Let Momentum rank it

"What matters now" picks the most important things you can actually act on, using priority, timing and due dates. Roadblocks, work that Needs Me, and approval-pending items stay out of the way.

3. Plan the next visit

On Next Visit, drag work into the agenda. The Momentum Meter shows planned minutes against how long the visit really is, so nothing gets overbooked. The Super Hero view splits work into Super Hero Ready, ready for the visit, Owner Prep, and together.

4. Work it together

Today Together runs the timer, tracks breaks and pay, and moves each finished task into We Got This Done. "I Can Take It From Here" hands a task back to you still open — it only becomes an accomplishment when you mark it done.
